Refund policy

1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Please note that customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@bagabal.com to obtain a return authorization. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees for returns or exchanges must be covered by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is received. Bagabal is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
