3mm · Hand-stitched · Every zipper
Every Bagabal carries a small yellow thread, hand-stitched along the zipper. Three millimetres. Easy to miss if you don't know it's there. Impossible to ignore once you do.
It's not decoration. It's a signature.

OUR CRAFT
THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE THREAD
Behind every yellow thread is Jorge — owner, craftsman, third-generation leather worker. Alongside him, Julio sews, Carlos cuts, paints and assembles, and Claudia — fourth generation — finishes every edge by hand and burnishes the leather until it's right.
Four people. Fourteen hours per bag.
But the story starts before the workshop. The leather comes from Carlos, Jorge, and Ramón — three Spanish leather suppliers with generations of knowledge. The canvas from Antonio. The linings from Mar. The hardware — every zip, every buckle — from Toñi and Sara.
Every person on that list works in Spain. Every supplier is Spanish. Every euro spent stays in the local economy.
That's what the yellow thread signs off on.
WHAT THE THREAD MEANS
The yellow thread means this bag was made by real people, in a real workshop, earning a fair wage for real skill.
It means the leather is certified. The canvas is traceable. The production runs in small batches — never more than needed, never less than perfect.
It means no two Bagabal bags are exactly alike. Because no two hands work in exactly the same way.
In a world of fast fashion and factory lines, the yellow thread is a quiet act of resistance.
